Innocent has acquired about 15 years of experience in Tax Collection, Budget, and HIV Program Financial management.

Innocent assumes responsibilities as a Clinical Transition sites Financial Support Officer at The Ministry of Health in a PEPFAR-funded Cooperative Agreement.

He had been HIV Provincial Financial Manager in the Ministry of Health, Budget Officer in the Ministry of Health, Budget Officer in SENATE Rwanda, In charge of Local Revenue collection, NYABIHU District, and has participated in several trainings: Fundamentals of Budgeting organized by RIAM, September 05th – September 09th, 2011, Grand legacy hotel/ Kigali Grant Management Training for implementing partners organized by CDC July 27th,2015 to July 29th, 2015 and Cooperative Agreement Partner training organized by CDC June 19th, 2019 and from 2018 up to day work as volunteer chief of Rubungo Village
