Mrs. Josiane Uwingeri is a holder of  Bachelor’s Degree & A2 Diploma – both in Accounting. She is a very motivated and Professional Finance officer who has a strong experience in accountancy from banks and NGOs.  Being a good Accountant in a bank and NGO, Mrs. Uwingeri developed excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. She is a fair, diligent, and detail-oriented person who also has a good sense of humour to apply to even the most stressful of situations.
