It is very crucial that both parents have to be educated concerning vaccines/immunization given to infants, a mother’s educational status is a key predictor of immunization coverage. Poor education of mothers was reported significantly associated with the lower likelihood of immunization of their children because women with less education were less likely to know the benefits of vaccination.
